Compliance with Collateral Obligations and Investment Management Standard. The Borrower shall cause the Investment Manager to, at its expense, timely and fully perform and comply with all material provisions, covenants and other promises required to be observed by the Investment Manager under any Collateral Obligations (except, in the case of a successor Investment Manager, such material provisions, covenants and other provisions shall only include those provisions relating to the collection and managing the Collateral Obligations to the extent such obligations are set forth in a document included in the related Collateral Obligation File) and shall comply with the Investment Management Standard in all material respects with respect to all Collateral Obligations.
