Compliance with Contract Documents. Contractor shall comply with all of the Contract Documents in connection with the performance of the Work hereunder. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Contract Documents, the Contract Documents shall control.

Contractor shall also comply with all agreements, representations, warranties, covenants, and certifications of Contractor made in connection with the procurement of this Agreement, provided that in the case of a conflict between the foregoing and the Contract Documents and this Agreement, the Contract Documents and this Agreement shall control.
