Compliance with Contracts. Perform and observe all material terms and provisions of each material contract to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such material contract to which it is a party in full force and effect, and enforce each such material contract in accordance with its material terms except where the failure to do so, either individually or in the aggregate, would not be reasonably expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect (after giving effect to any replacement or substitute agreements entered into in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents).
