Common use of Compliance with Deposit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Deposit Agreement. The Company agrees to comply in all material respects with the Deposit Agreement so that ADRs evidencing ADSs to be delivered to the Underwriters at each Closing Date are executed by the Depositary (and, if applicable, counter-signed).
