Compliance with Development Plan and Modifications. The Contractor shall develop the Commercial Discovery in accordance with the approved Development Plan. The Contractor may propose changes to the Development Plan subject to approval by CNH. CNH may consult the Agency and the Ministry of Economy within the scope of their legal attributions and will decide on the proposed changes on the terms provided by the Applicable Laws.
