Common use of Compliance with Existing Agreements and Applicable Law Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Existing Agreements and Applicable Law. The authorization and execution of, and the performance of all obligations required by, this Declaration will not: (i) cause a breach of a material agreement, indenture, mortgage, deed of trust, or other instrument, to which Declarant is a party or by which the Project or any of Declarant’s property or assets may be bound; (ii) violate any provision of the applicable enabling statutes, code, charter, ordinances or other Oregon law pursuant to which Declarant was organized or established; or (iii) violate any laws, regulations, ordinances, resolutions, or court orders related to Declarant, the Project or Declarant’s properties or operations.
