Common use of Compliance with Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act. If the Contract is subject to the provisions of 2 CFR Chapter 1 Part 170, the Contractor shall comply with 2 CFR Chapter 1 Part 170 with respect to any subcontracts it enters into pursuant to this Contract. The Contractor shall forward any compliance documentation, including but not limited to certifications, received from subcontractors by the Contractor to the Department.
