Common use of Compliance with Federal Law, Regulations, and Executive Orders Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Federal Law, Regulations, and Executive Orders. a. All non-Federal entities must place into their contracts an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund the contract along with the requirement that the contractor will comply with all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, and FEMA policies, procedures, and directives. b.
