Compliance With Governing Instruments, Operating Rules and This Occupancy Agreement. The Member and all occupants, guests, roommates, or invitees of the Member's Mobile Home shall comply with the provisions of this Occupancy Agreement, the Governing Instruments, and the Operating Rules. The provisions of the Occupancy Agreement and the Operating Rules may be amended from time-to-time by the Board of Directors. The Governing Instruments may be amended from time-to-time by the Members.
