Operating Rules and Regulations as described in Section 2.4.10, the rules, regulations, policies, bylaws and procedures governing the operation of the Authority.
Operating Rules and Regulations. A copy of Landlord’s Operating Rules and Regulations for the Building in which the Premises are situate is attached hereto and is incorporated herein. The Landlord reserves the absolute right to reasonably amend such Operating Rules and Regulations at any time during the term of this Lease, upon fifteen (15) days prior notice to Tenant.
Operating Rules and Regulations. The Board may adopt from time to time such Operating Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to policies, procedures, bylaws, rules or regulations, for the conduct of its affairs as deemed necessary by the Board.
Operating Rules and Regulations. The Board shall adopt rules, regulations, policies, bylaws and procedures governing the operation of the Authority (“Operating Rules and Regulations”). Rules regarding Directors, such as meeting attendance requirements, may be established, provided that no Party shall be deprived of its right to seat a Director on the Board.

Operating Rules and Regulations. Established CCL policies provide a safe and successful working environment. Authorized CCL users are expected to at all times follow the policies set forth in this section. Authorized CCL users are part of a larger community that exists in a shared facility, and are responsible for proper equipment operation and correct chemical handling procedures. CCL staff members are available to provide any necessary training.
A. General Guidelines
Operating Rules and Regulations. (a) The commanding officers of the participating law enforcement agencies are authorized to establish the operational rules and regulations for the law enforcement officer’s conduct pursuant to this Agreement, covering such matters as administrative duties and command responsibility for the personnel and equipment involved.
(b) The Party requesting mutual aid shall be responsible for original case preparation and filing criminal charges, if any. The Party rendering aid shall timely provide supplementary reports as needed and upon request of the Party requesting mutual aid. Both Parties shall maintain their respective copies of criminal reports generated by requests for mutual aid or joint operations. Both Parties acknowledge that said reports are confidential peace officer investigative reports and the determination to disclose said reports pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 22 shall be solely made by the records custodian for each Party.
(c) Law enforcement personnel making an arrest shall be responsible for writing reports pertaining to that arrest and maintaining the same as a part of its own department’s record system.
(d) Should the need arise under a call for Mutual Aid to handle officer communications on a single frequency, the Parties shall use the frequency regularly used by the agency requesting assistance. Another frequency may be assigned by the commanding officer, should it be deemed necessary.
(e) As soon as possible, Officers operating or responding outside of their own jurisdiction shall notify the agency whose jurisdiction they are entering of their presence and the purpose of their presence within the jurisdiction.
Operating Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with the rules and regulations that Landlord shall from time to time promulgate, including, but not limited to, that set forth in Addendum B. The Landlord shall have the right from time to time to make modifications, additions or deletions to the Rules and Regulations, provided they do not unreasonably and substantially interfere with Tenant's covenants to quiet enjoyment and beneficial use, provided the same are uniformly applied by Landlord. The Landlord shall retain exclusive control over all common areas of the Facility, including Tenant's means of ingress/egress. However, at no time shall Landlord block the ingress of egress of Tenant.
Operating Rules and Regulations. All commercial ground transportation vehicles serving the Airport shall be of high quality, properly maintained in an excellent state of repair and operated in a clean, safe and businesslike manner. The exterior of all vehicles shall be maintained in a clean, undamaged condition and present a favorable appearance. The exterior of vehicles shall include body, paint, all glass, hubcaps, head/taillights, grills, bumpers and body trim. Vehicles that have been damaged and can be driven safely in accordance with state law and without reduction to the customer's comfort shall be given a three-week grace period to perform needed repairs. After such time, the vehicle will be restricted from operating at the Airport until proper repairs are made. The interior of approved vehicles, including the trunk, shall be maintained in a condition so as to be free of grease, dirt and trash. Passengers shall be able to use the seats and trunk of the vehicles without fear of soiling or damaging either their wearing apparel or their luggage. Interior seat fabric must not be ripped. All vehicles must be free from leakage of engine fluids, excessive discharge of exhaust gasses and excessive exhaust noise. In addition, all heating and air conditioning units must be operational. All commercial ground transportation vehicles shall comply with PUC regulations regarding signage and company identification on ground transportation vehicles. All commercial ground transportation vehicles shall hold a valid common carrier, luxury limousine or other applicable permit issued by the PUC for the specific class of commercial ground transportation engaged in. All drivers operating commercial ground transportation vehicles at the Airport shall be clean and neat in their personal appearance, professional in their demeanor, and shall be courteous to passengers loading or unloading at the Airport. All personnel of the commercial ground transportation vehicle operator shall be properly licensed and adequately trained.
