Compliance with Guidelines. 93.1 Unless otherwise permitted by the Guidelines or any other Applicable Laws and Regulations, nothing in this Agreement shall be taken to exclude or restrict our obligations under the Act, the Regulations and/or the Guidelines. 93.2 We shall be entitled to take any action as we consider necessary in our absolute discretion to ensure compliance with the Act, the Regulations and/or the Guidelines, and such actions shall be binding on you and shall not render us or any of our directors, officers, employees or agents liable.
