Changes to Product Proposal Clause Samples

The "Changes to Product Proposal" clause defines the process by which modifications to an initial product proposal can be made during the course of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the steps required for either party to request changes, such as submitting written notice or obtaining mutual consent, and may specify how such changes affect timelines, costs, or deliverables. Its core practical function is to provide a structured and agreed-upon method for handling adjustments, ensuring that both parties have clarity and control over any alterations to the original product scope, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and disputes.
