Compliance With Insurance Requirements. No use shall be made or permitted to be made of the Leased Property and no acts shall be done which will cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Leased Property, nor shall the Lessee, any Manager or any other Person sell or otherwise provide to any residents, other occupants or invitees therein, or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about the Leased Property, any article which may be prohibited by any Legal Requirement or by any of the Insurance Requirements. Furthermore, the Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, take whatever other actions that may be necessary to comply with and to insure that the Leased Property complies with all Insurance Requirements.
