Compliance with ISM Code and will procure that any Operator will, comply with and ensure that each Mortgaged Ship and any Operator comply with the requirements of the ISM Code, including (but not limited to) the maintenance and renewal of valid certificates pursuant thereto throughout the Security Period;
Compliance with ISM Code procure that the Approved Manager and any Operator:

Compliance with ISM Code the Vessel will comply on the Delivery Date and the Operator complies with the requirements of the ISM Code and the SMC which has been or, as the case may be, shall be issued in respect of the Vessel shall remain valid on the Delivery Date and thereafter throughout the Security Period;
Compliance with ISM Code each Vessel complies and will comply on the Drawdown Date and the Operator complies with the requirements of the ISM Code and the SMC which has been issued in respect of each Vessel is and shall remain valid on the Drawdown Date and thereafter throughout the Security Period;
Compliance with ISM Code. The Borrower and the New Owners shall comply with the ISM Code and notify the Lender in writing in the event that either the DOC or SMC is withdrawn, cancelled or suspended.
Compliance with ISM Code the Operator has a DOC for itself and an SMC in respect of the Vessel and the Vessel and any Operator complies or will on the drawdown of the Facility comply with the requirements of the ISM Code;
Compliance with ISM Code. Each of the Owning Company and the Managers has complied at all times in all respects with the ISM Code.
