Compliance with Judicial Council Policies & Manuals. In its performance of all Services, Construction Manager must ensure that its practices, procedures, directions and actions are compliant and consistent with the Judicial Council’s most recent procedures and policies. It is the obligation of the Construction Manager’s responsibility to acquaint itself with the Judicial Council’s procedures and policies.
