COMPLIANCE WITH JURY SERVICE PROGRAM. This Contract is subject to the provisions of the COUNTY’s ordinance entitled Contractor Employee Jury Service (“Jury Service Program”) as codified in Sections 2.203.010 through 2.203.090 of the Los Angeles County Code, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit T, and incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Contract.

COMPLIANCE WITH JURY SERVICE PROGRAM. COMPLIANCE WITH JURY SERVICE PROGRAM. 15.1 This Contract is subject to the provisions of the COUNTY’s 'S ordinance entitled Contractor Employee Jury Service (“"Jury Service Program”") as codified in Sections 2.203.010 through 2.203.090 of the Los Angeles County Code, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit TE, Attachment V, County of Los Angeles Contractor Employee Jury Service Program Certification Form and Application for Exception (Jury Service Program), and incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Contract.

This Contract Agreement is subject to the provisions of the COUNTY’s ’S ordinance entitled Contractor Employee Jury Service (“Jury Service Program”) as codified in Sections Section: 2.203.010 through 2.203.090 of the Los Angeles County Code, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit T, P and incorporated by reference into and made a part of this ContractAgreement. Exhibit J provides the Vendor’s Application for Exemption from the Jury Service Program and Certification form.
