Schedule Updating. Provide regular updates of the schedule as construction progresses. Identify potential variances between scheduled and probable completion dates. Review schedule for Work not started or incomplete and recommend to the Owner and subcontractors adjustments in the schedule to meet the scheduled completion date. Provide two (2) copies of the monthly summary reports for the review and approval of the Owner of such updating activities and document all changes in the schedule.

Schedule Updating. Monthly Progress Reports and Projections The XXXX Contractor shall update the schedule monthly along with the monthly progress report. Each update shall show actual dates of activities started and completed; the percent of Work completed to date on each activity started, but not yet completed; and the status of procurement of critical materials. The updated schedule data shall be submitted to CPRA’s Project Manager electronically. The XXXX Contractor also shall provide updated activity number and total float/early start sorts, a 60 Working Day look-ahead bar chart by early start, and a narrative report. The narrative report shall include a description of problem areas, current and anticipated delaying factors and their estimated impact on performance of other activities and
Schedule Updating. Immediately following each progress meeting, where revisions to the Work Progress Schedule (WPS) have been made or recognized, revise the progress schedule. Reissue revised colored copies of the WPS concurrently with minutes of each meeting.
Schedule Updating. 1. The schedule shall be updated on a regular basis until the Certificate of Acceptance has been issued. The Contractor shall meet with the County at regularly scheduled update meetings to review actual progress made through the date of the schedule update meeting, including the date activities started and/or completed, and the percentage of work completed on each activity started and/or completed. The date of each scheduled update meeting shall be mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the County and shall be reflected on the schedule.

  • Schedule Updates the Contractor agrees to maintain the Work duration schedule updates on an ongoing basis and, when the County requests it, include the updates in its payment request. The Contractor may be required to submit a narrative report with each monthly update which shall include a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective action taken or proposed. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the Contract. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedules shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and Contractor agrees not to charge the County.

  • Update Each year the Plant Training Committee shall prepare an Update that reviews the Findings and modifies them based on changed circumstances, measures the success of the Training Program against its objectives and modifies the Training Program accordingly.
