Common use of Compliance with Law and Policy Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Law and Policy. The Supplier must, in performing its obligations in accordance with this Agreement, comply with the Laws relevant to the provision of Works by the Supplier under the Agreement and with the XLam Code of Conduct, the XLam Safety Policy, the XLam Privacy Policy (xxxxx://xxx.XXxx.xxx.xx/privacy- policy), and all other XLam policies and procedures relevant to the Supplier in connection with delivering the Goods and that are provided to the Supplier.
