No Unlawful Inducements. TBS represents and warrants that it has not violated any applicable laws or regulations or any policies of County of which TBS has been given written notice regarding the offering of unlawful inducements in connection with this Agreement. If at any time during the Term, County determines that the foregoing warranty is inaccurate, then, in addition to any other rights County may have at law or in equity, County shall have the right to terminate this Agreement for cause without affording TBS the opportunity to cure.
