Compliance with Law and Standard Practices. Company shall perform its obligations hereunder in compliance with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, in accordance with sound engineering and safety practices, and in compliance with any and all reasonable rules of Agency relative to the Facilities.
