Compliance with Laws, Regulations and Rules. Applicant acknowledges that, under Utah Code Xxx. § 53G-5-401(1)(a), the Charter School is considered a public school within the state’s public education system and is subject to and must abide by all federal and state laws, regulations, rules, and policies otherwise affecting Charter Schools as public schools.
