Both Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is without prejudice to the Legal and Regu- latory Requirements applicable to the Contracting CSD concerning inter alia the powers and responsibilities of the Relevant Competent Authority and consequently shall have no influence on such powers and responsibilities, which remain exclusively in charge of the supervision and oversight of the Contracting CSD. As regards access to relevant infor- mation and on-site inspections, the Relevant Competent Authorities maintain the legal and regulatory powers applicable under the jurisdiction in which the CSD operates.
