Compliance with License Requirements. You will inform your employees, agents, and other individuals who have access to the Software Products that the Software Products (1) are licensed by Microsoft, (2) may only be used subject to the terms of this Agreement, and (3) may not be copied, transferred or otherwise used in violation of such terms. You will use all commercially reasonable efforts to prevent any unauthorized distribution, copying, use, or pirating of the Software Products.
Compliance with License Requirements. You must (1) inform the individuals who have access to the software that the software is licensed by Microsoft, and (2) bind individuals who have access to the software to terms that protect the software at least as much as the terms of this agreement. You will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent any unauthorized distribution, copying, use, or pirating of the software.
Compliance with License Requirements. Trinity Center acknowledges that it has received, reviewed and understands the 2017-2018 seasonal License and its exhibits, all of which are attached hereto as Exhibit “B”. Trinity Center agrees to assume and perform all of the duties and obligations of the City under the License, and any future License, to the same extent as if Trinity Center were the original party named in the License. Those duties and obligations include, but are not limited to the duties and obligations more particularly described in subsections (c) through (j) below.
Compliance with License Requirements. Fully comply with all applicable requirements, laws, rules, regulations and orders, whether of the FCC or otherwise (as if such requirements, laws, rules, regulations and order applied directly to such Person rather than the applicable licensees), regarding or with respect to (a) the licenses held, owned or used by CUE to offer the Obligors the services provided to the Obligors under the Distribution Agreement; and (b) the licenses held, owned or used by those FM radio stations through which Borrower transmits its paging or other services.
