Seasonal License definition

Seasonal License means any license issued no sooner than June 1, and expiring on September 30 of the year issued, unless sooner revoked for violation of the provisions of Chapter 23-22, or of the regulations adopted in accordance therewith.
Seasonal License means any license used for a specified period of time within the current year for the sale or service of alcoholic liquors. Such specified period of time shall be supplied to the Commission.
Seasonal License means a license issued pursuant to M.G.L. c.138, §12 or §15 that is effective for only a portion of the year.
