COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL REGULATIONS. 17.1 Compliance with local rules Dreamport cannot guarantee or provide any representations that the Platform or Site are appropriate or available for use outside of DIFC. Those who access or use the Site from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are entirely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In order to access or use the Site, you must and hereby represent that you are not a citizen or resident of a geographic area in which access to or use of the Site or Platform is prohibited by applicable law, decree, regulation, treaty, or administrative act. You agree that if your country of residence or other circumstances change such that the above representations are no longer accurate, that you will immediately cease using the Site and/or Platform and your license to use the Site and/or the Platform will be immediately revoked.
