Common use of Compliance with Material Agreements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Material Agreements. Borrowers will comply in all material respects with all material agreements, indentures, mortgages or documents binding on it or affecting their properties or business where the failure to so comply would have a Material Adverse Effect.
