Compliance with Material Contracts. Borrowers shall, and shall cause each of their Subsidiaries to, comply, duly and promptly, in all material respects with its respective obligations and enforce all of its respective rights under all Material Contracts, including all Operative Documents except where the failure to comply could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
