CONTRACTOR further certifies that, if the material, equipment, etc., delivered is subsequently found to be deficient in any OSHA requirements in effect on date of delivery, all costs necessary to bring the material, equipment, etc. into compliance with the aforementioned requirements shall be borne by the CONTRACTOR.
