COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH. Offeror certifies that all material, equipment, etc., contained in their offer meets all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Offeror further certifies that, if he is the awarded vendor, and the material, equipment, etc., delivered is subsequently found to be deficient in any OSHA requirement in effect on date of delivery, all costs necessary to bring the material, equipment, etc., into compliance with the aforementioned requirements shall be borne by the vendor. Any item delivered under a contract resulting from this solicitation shall be accompanied by a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). The MSDS shall include the following information:
