Compliance with Operations Manual. The Contractor shall perform the Services in accordance with the Operations Manual once it has been approved by the DCC in accordance with Clause 33.5. Until such time, the Contractor will perform the Services in accordance with the previous version of the Operations Manual (where applicable) or otherwise in accordance with the policies and procedures notified by the DCC.
