Compliance with Operative Documents. Borrower shall not (nor shall Borrower allow any Project Company to) permit (to the extent within its control and permitted by the Operative Documents) to be done any act under the Operative Documents, or omit or refrain (to the extent within its control and permitted by the Operative Documents) from any act under the Operative Documents, where such act done or permitted to be done, or such omission of or refraining from action, that could be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
