Compliance with Order Sample Clauses
The 'Compliance with Order' clause requires parties to adhere strictly to the terms and conditions specified in a purchase order or similar contractual document. Compliance with Order. The Investment Adviser agrees that it will comply with and be bound by the terms of the Order under Section 6(c) of the 1940 Act, Release No. 19949, December 13, 1993 (the "Order"), insofar as the Order imposes obligations upon an investment adviser to a fund offering class shares under the authority of the Order and for so long as compliance with the Order is required by the 1940 Act.
Compliance with Order. The Trust understands that the Fund of Funds’ investment in the Funds in excess of the limits set out in Section 12(d)(1)(A) of the 1940 Act is conditioned expressly upon, among other things, the Funds’ compliance with the conditions of the Order and the Fund of Funds’ compliance with the conditions of the Order as set forth in the Application.
