Compliance with Ordinance. Cross River Fiber shall comply with all applicable existing ordinances of the Township as may be amended from time to time and with all future ordinances as may be enacted to the extent such ordinances are consistent with state and federal law.
Compliance with Ordinance. Fibertech shall comply with all existing ordinances of the Municipality as may be amended from time to time and with all future ordinances as may be enacted.
Compliance with Ordinance. Bel Air shall comply with all existing ordinances of the Municipality as may be amended from time to time and with all future ordinances as may be enacted.
Compliance with Ordinance. Cross River Fiber shall comply with Chapter 352: “Fiber Optic Cables” of the Revised General Ordinances of the Borough of Red Bank.
Compliance with Ordinance. Verizon Wireless shall comply with all existing ordinances of The Borough as may be amended from time to time and with all future ordinances as may be enacted.
Compliance with Ordinance. The City represents and warrants that the HOA’s execution of this Agreement and compliance herewith satisfies all obligations set forth in the Ordinance, and the HOA’s execution of this Agreement is sufficient consideration for the City’s Final Acceptance of the Subdivision.
