Common use of Compliance with Other Governmental Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Other Governmental Requirements. (Including Aeronautical Navigation Safeguards). Facilities attached to SWBT’s poles or placed in SWBT’s ducts, conduits, and rights-of-way shall be constructed, placed, maintained, repaired, and removed in accordance with the ordinances, rules, and regulations of any governing body having jurisdiction of the subject matter (including but not limited to any valid ordinances, rules, and regulations requiring permits, certificates, licenses or the like). Applicant and SWBT shall comply with all statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, and other laws requiring the marking and lighting of aerial wires, cables, and other structures to ensure that such wires, cables, and structures are not a hazard to aeronautical navigation.
