Payments to Others for Expenses Incurred in Transferring or Arranging Their Facilities. Applicant shall make arrangements with the owners of other facilities attached to SWBT’s poles or occupying space in SWBT’s conduit system regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by them in transferring or rearranging their facilities to accommodate the attachment or placement of Applicant’s facilities to or in SWBT’s poles, ducts, and conduits.

Attaching Party shall make arrangements with the Other Users with facilities attached to SBC-13STATE’s poles or occupying space in SBC-13STATE’s conduit system regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by the Other Users in transferring or rearranging the Other Users’ facilities to accommodate the attachment or placement of Attaching Party’s facilities to or in SBC-13STATE’s poles, ducts, conduits and rights of ways.

Licensee shall make arrangements with the owners of other Facilities located in or connected to AT&T's Conduit System or attached to AT&T's Poles, Anchors or Anchor/Guy Strands regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by them in transferring or rearranging their Facilities to accommodate the placement or attachment of Licensee's Facilities in or to AT&T's structures.

Licensee shall make arrangements with the owners of other facilities located in or connected to BellSouth's conduit system or attached to BellSouth's poles, anchors or anchor/guy strands regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by them in transferring or rearranging their facilities to accommodate the placement or attachment of Licensee's facilities in or to BellSouth's structures.

Applicant shall make arrangements with the owners of other facilities attached to NEVADA’s poles or occupying space in NEVADA’s conduit system regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by them in transferring or rearranging their facilities to accommodate the attachment or placement of Applicant’s facilities to or in NEVADA’s poles, ducts, and conduits.
Payments to Others for Expenses Incurred in Transferring or Arranging Their Facilities. CLEC shall make arrangements with the owners of other facilities attached to AT&T’s poles or occupying space in AT&T’s conduit system regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by them in transferring or rearranging their facilities to accommodate the attachment or placement of CLEC’s facilities to or in AT&T’s poles, ducts, and conduits.
Payments to Others for Expenses Incurred in Transferring or Arranging Their Facilities. While AT&T- 21STATE shall be responsible for notifying other parties pursuant to this section, CLEC shall make arrangements with other parties regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by other parties in transferring or rearranging their respective Facilities to accommodate the Attachment or placement of CLEC’s Facilities to or in AT&T-21STATE’s Structure, as well as scheduling the rearrangement of those parties’ Facilities.

AT&T shall make arrangements with the owners of other facilities attached to SBC NEVADA’s poles or occupying space in SBC NEVADA’s conduit system regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by them in transferring or rearranging their facilities to accommodate the attachment or placement of AT&T’s facilities to or in SBC NEVADA’s poles, ducts, and conduits.
Payments to Others for Expenses Incurred in Transferring or Arranging Their Facilities. While AT&T shall be responsible for notifying Other Users pursuant to this Section, Attaching Party shall make arrangements with Other Users regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by Other Users in transferring or rearranging Other Users’ facilities to accommodate the attachment or placement of Attaching Party’s facilities on or in AT&T’s Structure.

Attaching Party shall make arrangements with the Other Users with facilities attached to AT&T-13STATE’s poles or occupying space in AT&T-13STATE’s conduit system regarding reimbursement for any reasonable and demonstrable expenses incurred by the Other Users in transferring or rearranging the Other Users’ facilities to accommodate the attachment or placement of Attaching Party’s facilities to or in AT&T-13STATE’s poles, ducts, conduits and rights of ways.
