Common use of Compliance with Owner’s Designated Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Owner’s Designated Policies and Procedures. Customer agrees that it, including its contractors, agents and employees, will comply with all of Owner’s safety regulations and rules when Customer or its contractors, agents or employees are on Owner’s premises or otherwise in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
