COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. Each Dealer Company must comply with all terms of the Dealer Agreement and all GM policies applicable to Dealer company's Dealership Operations. Those procedures include policies precluding joint advertising and prohibiting sales of GM auction vehicles from other than the purchasing GM Dealership. Except as specifically provided herein, all Dealership Operations shall be conducted consistent with requirements for other GM dealerships.
