Pursuant to sections 1720 through 1861 of the California Labor Code, the Design Professional and its subconsultants shall ensure that all workers who perform work under this Agreement are paid not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
