Compliance with Prevailing Wage Requirements. Pursuant to sections 1720 through 1861 of the California Labor Code, Bidder and its subcontractors shall ensure that all workers who perform work under this Contract are paid not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
