Delivery of Board Roster. Within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date and on or before each anniversary of the Effective Date during the Term, Manager shall deliver to the City Representative a list of the names of all of Manager’s board members and their business affiliations. If Manager’s board membership changes during the Term, Manager shall deliver to City an updated list of the names of all of Manager’s board members and their business affiliations within thirty (30) days after each such change occurs.
