Compliance with Requirements Any investment program furnished, and any activities performed, by the Manager or by a Sub-Adviser under this Section shall at all times conform to, and be in accordance with, any requirements imposed by: (1) the Act and any rules or regulations in force thereunder; (2) any other applicable laws, rules and regulations; (3) the Declaration of Trust and By-Laws of the Fund as amended from time to time; (4) any policies and determinations of the Board of Trustees of the Fund; and (5) the fundamental policies of the Fund, as reflected in its Registration Statement under the Act or as amended by the shareholders of the Fund.
COMPLIANCE WITH EPA REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO GRANTS SUBGRANTS, COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS, AND CONTRACTS Contractor certifies compliance with all applicable standards, orders, regulations, and/or requirements issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act of 1970, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1857(h)), Section 508 of the Clean Water Act, as amended (13 U.S.C. 1368), Executive Order 117389 and Environmental Protection Agency Regulation, 40 CFR Part 15.

Conformance with Sample(s Submission of a sample (whether or not such sample is tested by, or for, the Commissioner) and approval thereof shall not relieve the Contractor from full compliance with all terms and conditions, performance related and otherwise, specified in the Bid Specifications. If in the judgment of the Commissioner the sample or product submitted is not in accordance with the specifications or testing requirements prescribed in the Bid Specifications, the Commissioner may reject the Bid. Compliance with Tax Laws The Trustee hereby agrees to comply with all U.S. Federal income tax information reporting and withholding requirements applicable to it with respect to payments of premium (if any) and interest on the Debt Securities, whether acting as Trustee, Registrar, paying agent or otherwise with respect to the Debt Securities.
