Compliance with Published Policies. Where the Registrar: 10.1.1. is satisfied that a Domain Name Application complies with the Published Policies and the Code of Practice (if applicable), the Registrar must process the Domain Name Application; or 10.1.2. is not satisfied that a Domain Name Application complies with the Published Policies and the Code of Practice (if applicable), the Registrar must reject the Domain Name Application.
