Compliance with Requirements; Utility Requirements. EPC Contractor represents, warrants and confirms, that: (a) EPC Contractor shall and shall cause each Subcontractor to perform all Work in accordance with all Legal Requirements, Utility Requirements, warranty requirements, and other requirements of any Governmental Authorities that are applicable to the engineering, design, construction, installation and commissioning of the System; and (b) the System, upon Final Completion, will be capable of being operated in accordance with all applicable Legal Requirements, Utility Requirement, warranty requirements, and other requirements of any Governmental Authorities. EPC Contractor shall give any and all notices required and comply with all Legal Requirements, Utility Requirements, ordinances, rules, regulations, and lawful orders of public authorities bearing on safety of persons or property or their protection from damage, injury or loss.
