Compliance with Rules and Notification of Changes. Subscriber certifies it has read a copy of and agrees to comply with the Rules, Bylaws, Internet Display Rules and Compliance Guidelines, as may be amended from time to time. Subscriber agrees to submit commission disputes for arbitration in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual of the National Association of REALTORS® or to the Association of REALTORS® to which Subscriber belongs. If Subscriber does not belong to an Association of REALTORS®, Subscriber agrees to submit disputes to the Association of REALTORS® with jurisdiction where the non-REALTOR® Subscriber maintains its offices. Violations of the Rules or Bylaws shall be submitted to MLSOK within five (5) calendar days of discovery of such violation. Subscriber shall notify MLSOK within seven (7) calendar days of relocating, changing office information, or changing REALTOR® Board/Association affiliation, if any.
