Compliance with Solid Waste Disposal Act. If the District purchased the same item or items from the Vendor under this Contract, which were purchased by the District during the preceding fiscal year, and the prior purchase exceeded $10,000, Vendor agrees that it will comply with Section 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, where applicable, and that it will provide information and certifications required by the District confirming estimates and otherwise evidencing such compliance.
