Common use of Compliance with Specifications Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Specifications. Upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, the Seller agrees to supply Xxxxxx all materials, products, or services, in the quantities listed, in conformance with all Purchase Order requirements, including applicable Government, Xxxxxx, or other specifications or drawings, to extent specified. The required test and/or inspection reports/data resulting from Seller’s compliance with applicable Purchase Order requirements shall be kept on file at the Seller’s facility for 4 years after final payment and made available for review by Xxxxxx representatives or Government inspectors at any reasonable time.
