COMPLIANCE WITH STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS/RULES. Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, the requirements concerning working hours, overtime, medical care, workers compensation insurance, health care payments, payments to employees and subcontractors and income tax withholding contained in ORS Chapters 279A and 279B, the provisions of which are hereby made a part of this agreement
