Compliance with State and Federal Requirements. The Consultant acknowledges that the Streetcar Project has been funded in part by State funds (State Act 51 highway funds) and Federal funds, including Transportation Enhancement funding, Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality funding, a XXXXX X xxxxx and a TIGER VI grant. As such, all work hereunder is subject to State of Michigan and Federal requirements, as they may be updated during the course of the project.   • Compliance with State and Federal Laws Debtor will maintain its existence, good standing and qualification to do business, where required, and comply with all laws, regulations and governmental requirements, including without limitation, environmental laws applicable to it or any of its property, business operations and transactions.
