Common use of Compliance with tax obligations Clause in Contracts

Compliance with tax obligations. It is acknowledged and agreed by the Parties that the Fee shall include all taxes and duties payable by the Contractor in the consequence of provision of the Services, except VAT. The Contractor shall, at the sole cost and expense of the Contractor, comply with the obligation to pay all taxes and duties relevant to the provision of the Services in accordance with Applicable Laws. In addition, the Contractor shall assume all risks associated with the payment or obligation to pay such taxes and duties, if any. The Contractor assumes all risks associated with the possible increase in the amount of the Fee arising as a result of the obligation of having to pay any such taxes or duties.
