Salary Rate Calculation and Payment The biweekly salary rate of employees serving on twelve (12) month (calendar year) appointments shall be calculated by dividing the calendar year salary rate by 26.1 pay periods.

Rates and Payment You agree to pay the residence fees which are outlined in Appendix IV and Residence Meal Plan fees (if applicable) which are outlined in Appendix IV. Price and Payments (a) For each Order, Customer shall pay the amounts invoiced to Customer. Except as otherwise provided herein, all sales are final and non-refundable. In addition to any other remedies it may have, S&SC shall have the right to suspend Customer’s access to and use of the Cloud Services during such time as any amount owed by Customer is past due.

Price and Payment 4.1 Unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Order, the price for the Work includes all taxes and other charges such as shipping and delivery charges, duties, customs, tariffs, imposts and government-imposed surcharges. Supplier will, at Cisco’s request, break-out from the price all such taxes and other charges, in its invoices. Supplier shall use its best efforts to assist Cisco in all legal efforts to minimize the taxes resulting from the performance of this Purchase Order.
