Common use of Compliance with Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Terms and Conditions. Registrar agrees to comply with all other reasonable terms or conditions established from time to time, to assure sound operation of the System, by NSI as Registry in a non-arbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars, including NSI, and consistent with NSI's Cooperative Agreement with the United States Government or NSI's Registry Agreement with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN"), as applicable, upon NSI's notification to Registrar of the establishment of those terms and conditions.
